采空区顶板岩石摩擦引燃(爆)瓦斯理论分析

    Theoretical Analysis of Mine Gas Ignited by Rock Friction in Gob Roof

    • 摘要: 基于热传导理论,推导出煤矿采空区顶板岩石摩擦表面的最大闪温表达式,并结合实际在理论层面上分析了岩石摩擦引燃瓦斯的可能性和引燃因素,结果表明岩石摩擦表面的闪温足以点燃瓦斯,顶板岩块摩擦引燃瓦斯的能力受岩块的物理及热力学性质、岩块的力学性质、摩擦表面的结构特性、顶板岩层的结构尺寸、载荷、岩块间的相对滑动速度等因素影响。

       

      Abstract: On the basis of heat conduction theory, we derived the formula of maximum flash temperature on the surface of the rock friction. Combined with the actual situation, the theoretical analysis of possibilities and influencing factors about gas burning ignited by rock friction were performed. Theoretically, under the right conditions, the surface flash temperature of rock friction is sufficient to ignite gas. The ignition capability of rock friction is influenced by a number of factors, such as physical and thermodynamic properties of rock, mechanical properties of rock, structural characteristics of the friction surface, structure size of roof strata, load on roof strata, and relative sliding velocity between the rocks and so on.
