扩孔用集束式反循环潜孔锤设计与试验

摘要: 基于ZMK5530TZJ60(A)车载钻机、φ127/70 mm双壁钻具、大口径试验钻孔施工方法等条件,设计了φ710/311 mm扩孔用集束式反循环潜孔锤。该扩孔用集束式反循环潜孔锤是由3个常规正循环冲击器与φ215.9 mm潜孔锤钻头均布在同一圆周面上组合而成。在现场钻进试验过程中,其反循环效果良好,最高机械钻速为4 m/h,平均机械钻速达2.1 m/h,与同条件下常规牙轮钻头扩孔方法相比,提高了2.6倍。现场试验结果表明该φ710/311 mm扩孔用集束式反循环潜孔锤总体结构设计较为合理,同时也为下一步的改进设计提供了试验依据。Abstract: Comprehensively considering the three main factors including the structure characteristics of the ZMK5530TZJ60 (A) truck-mounted drilling rig, the shape characteristics of φ127/70 mm double drill pipe, and the drilling process characteristics,φ710/311 mm cluster reverse circulation DTH hammer has been designed. The borehole with cluster type reverse circulation DTH hammer is made up of three conventional normal circulation percussive and φ215.9 mm DTH hammer bit uniformed on the same circumference of a circle. The highest ROP was 4 m/h, and the average ROP was 2.1 m/h, which increased more than 2.6 times as compared to conventional cone bit drilling method under the same condition. Field tests show that its structural was reasonable, as well as test basis was provided for the next evolutionary design.
