豫西“三软”煤层瓦斯损失量推算方法选取

摘要: 为准确推算郑煤豫西“三软”煤层取样过程中瓦斯损失量,对告成矿原始粒度煤样在实验温度为30 ℃,吸附平衡压力0.6 MPa条件下进行瓦斯吸附解吸模拟测试。根据实验结果对比分析巴雷尔式与乌斯基诺夫式在解吸初期拟合效果以及t0.5法与幂函数法推算损失量误差大小,选取合适的推算瓦斯损失量方法。研究表明,t0.5法更符合告成矿煤粒瓦斯初期解吸规律,将推算损失量合理解吸时间定为前6~9 min,推算损失量修正系数为1.117 8。Abstract: In order to accurately calculate gas loss of western Henan “three soft” coal seam during sampling, the gas desorption process simulation test of coal particles collected in Gaocheng Mine is made under conditions of temperature 30 ℃ and pressure 0.6 MPa. According to the experimental results, the fitting effects by Barrer Formula and Ustinov formula were analyzed relatively in the early of desorption process. We comparatively analyze computative loss error of t0.5 and power function, and choose the appropriate predicting gas loss method. Research shows that t0.5 function is more in line with gas early desorption laws of coal particle. We confirm that the reasonable desorption time of computative loss error is 6~9 min, and loss projection correction coefficient is 1.117 8.
