Abstract:
Lack of capacity of individual safety behavior is one of the main causes of unsafe behaviors. For scientifically measuring individual behavior and accurately assessing the individual safety behavior capacity, in this study, by using attention concentration capability tester, sound and light response analyzer, spatial perception tester and 2-hands coordinator tester, we selected 418 miners in 6 coal mines as the samples of safe capacity test and analysis. After miners safety capacity has been divided into three levels (good, normal, bad), we proposed grade boundaries calculation method based on the empirical law and total score frequency curve, and determine the miner safety capacity evaluation criteria. Finally, the test result showed that there are significant individual differences among miners' individual safety behavior and this test and evaluation criteria can accurately evaluate the miners' safety behavior capacity, explanatorily solve the problem of quantitative evaluation of mine safety behavior ability.
