Abstract: Based on the analysis of the safety problems existing in Shengli Open-pit Mine, and combined with the actual, the paper research a series of methods to solve these problems, the Shengli Open-pit Mine takes the safety objective, in accordance with the standard operating procedures, through risk pre-control management and standard operation procedures of application, it effectively controls the unsafe behavior and prevents the occurrence of accidents and effectively reduces accidents. Through effective safety management method, the safety production situation tends to be stable.
