冲击地压巷道柔性蓄能支护控制原理及应用

    Flexible Storage Control Principle and Application for Rock Burst Roadway

    • 摘要: 深部冲击地压巷道的防治问题已成为目前急需解决的难题,根据冲击地压巷道冲击破坏机理及特征,提出了基于卸压-支护协同控制的强弱强控制原理,为了减小冲击震源能量,通过在煤岩体内部设置破碎体来耗散冲击波能量,同时加强巷道围岩的支护结构强度,两者协同作用来达到控制冲击对巷道的破坏。对研究成果进行了现场应用,根据某矿的实际情况,采用了锚网+“O”型棚联合支护结构进行了现场工业性试验,试验期间发生多次冲击地压事件,双层支护结构柔性变形,使冲击能量得到释放,支护体系基本保持完好,很好的控制了冲击地压灾害。

       

      Abstract: Deep roadway rock burst prevention has become a problem to be solved urgently, according to the mechanism and failure characteristics of rock burst roadway, strong-weak-strong control principle was proposed based on relief-support coordination, by reducing the impact of source disaster, setting energy absorption structure and improving the weak structure support strength, can effectively control the impact damage on roadway. Finally, according to the actual situation of a coal mine, using anchor net +"O" type shed combined support structure, although multiple burst events during the trial period, the double support structure has a flexible deformation, the flexible deformation makes the impact energy release, the supporting system remains intact and has a good control effect with rock burst disaster.
