筛管护孔工艺及装备在神华宁煤集团的应用

    Application of Hole-protected Technology and Equipment with Screen Pipe in Shenhua Ningxia Coal Industry Group

    • 摘要: 神华宁煤集团金能煤业分公司和乌兰煤矿被鉴定为煤与瓦斯突出矿井,一直以来利用钻孔瓦斯抽采预防和治理瓦斯灾害。在钻进过程中,经常发生因孔壁坍塌、瓦斯突出而造成的抱钻、埋钻事故,以及塌孔后因抽采通道堵塞而导致钻孔瓦斯抽采利用率低。大通孔螺旋钻杆能有效解决钻进过程中的抱钻、埋钻事故,联合一字铰接钻头和悬挂装置实施筛管护孔工艺技术可解决钻孔瓦斯抽采利用率低的问题。在现场应用过程中,使用人工和筛管助推器2种方式下放筛管,共完成工程量3 845 m,其中筛管助推器的效率是人工下放方式的3倍,表明筛管护孔工艺技术及装备适合在松软煤层矿区推广应用。

       

      Abstract: Drilling and extracting gas is the main method to prevent and control the gas hazard, in Jinneng Coal Industry Branch, which belongs to Shenhua Ningxia Goal Industry Group and has been identified as the coal and gas outburst mine. However, during the drilling process, drill pipe always get stuck and buried due to recurrent wall collapses and gas bursts. And the gas extracting and utilization rate is low because of the plugged channel. Large size spiral drill pipe can effectively solve the problem of pipe sticking and burying, with the utilization of the hinge drill bit and hitch structure based on screen pipe hole-protected technology gas extracting rate also was increased. In field application, there were two methods to down the screen pipe, including manual work and booster, totally 3 845 m of quantities were completed. And the efficiency of booster is 3 times better than manual, which indicates that the screen pipe hole-protected technology and equipment is suitable for the application in soft coal mining district.
