深部高应力硐室支护方案数值模拟分析

    Numerical Simulation Analysis on Supporting Technology for Deep Chamber Under High Stress

    • 摘要: 针对峰峰集团九龙煤矿大埋深高地应力条件以及复杂水文地质情况,以临时变电硐室为研究对象,通过分析硐室围岩的工程地质条件,采用FLAC3D数值模拟软件,揭示了临时变电硐室围岩的位移场及塑性区的分布规律,提出了以“锚网喷+锚索+钢筋梯子梁”为主的联合支护方案。结合现场实测围岩位移的收敛规律表明,该支护方案能够有效控制深部高应力硐室的大变形、底鼓和流变现象。

       

      Abstract: Taking the temporary substation chamber as the research object, the distribution laws of displacement field and plastic zone is revealed in this paper, with the situation of the complicated hydro geological, large buried depth and high stress in Jiulong Coal Mine of Fengfeng Group are considered and the numerical simulation software FLAC3D is adopted to analyze the engineering geological conditions of surrounding rock of chamber, therefore, the combination supporting scheme is proposed. The field measurement convergence law of the displacement of surrounding rock indicates that the supporting scheme can effectively control the large deformation, bottom heave and flowing deformation of the deep chamber under high stress.
