空气动力造穴工艺在石门揭煤钻井中的应用

    Application of Air-cavitation Technology in Rock Crosscut Coal Uncovering Well

    • 摘要: 为降低淮南矿区井下揭煤安全风险、缩短揭煤工期,谢一矿望峰岗井首次将空气动力造穴工艺运用到地面钻井掏煤,利用空压机周期性地憋压放喷,通过空气循环洗井,共“掏”出干煤粉302.02 m3,近420 t,瓦斯抽采纯量达47 854 m3,待揭煤区瓦斯抽采率为>10%,瓦斯含量和瓦斯压力分别降低了58%和60.8%。综合判定,空气动力造穴掏煤有效降低了石门揭煤风险,起到了辅助消突作用。

       

      Abstract: In Huainan Mining Area, to reduce the risk of uncovering coal and shorten the schedule, air-cavitation technology, for the first time, was used to loop out the coal through surface borehole drilling in Wangfenggang wellbore of Xieyi Coal Mine, which uses air compressor to build the pressure and blow off periodically. Through air circulation well-flushing, the surface borehole drillings took out dry pulverized coal 302.02 m3(about 420 t), and extracted pure gas volume about 47 854 m3. Area for uncovering coal gas extraction rate is more than 10% . Gas content and gas pressure was reduced by 58% and 60.8% respectively. In conclusion, air-cavitation technology reduces the risk of uncovering coal effectively and plays an additional role in elimination outburst.
