Abstract:
According to the easy occurrence of flow disorder in winter which is difficult to prevent and control in intake shafts of coal mines in China, combined with example, the control methods of flow disorder in main shaft was analyzed. And technical method of regulating the volume of hot air for heating intake shafts was determined, by which natural wind pressure between intake shafts was decreased. A convenient and effective technology system for preventing and controlling flow disorder was also developed. In order to regulate the volume of hot air, the system could monitor intake shafts' air temperature and wind speed in real time by proper placement of sensors, and adjust the fan's speed and valve operation of unit air heater by installing variable frequency controller and PLC, and realize the remote monitoring by utilizing industrial Ethernet and industry control computer. The site experiment showed that, the intake airflow state could be changed in 30 minutes by using this system to adjust temperature difference between intake shafts when its air flowrate obviously reduced. The system improved the heating result of intake shafts, and also guaranteed the stability of ventilation system.
