穿层钻孔瓦斯流量预测区域突出危险性技术

    Technology on Coal and Gas Outburst Prediction with Gas Flow in Layer-through Borehole

    • 摘要: 为了提高突出煤层区域突出危险性预测的工作效率,缩短预测时间,基于钻孔径向稳定场瓦斯压力分布规律建立瓦斯流动力学数理模型,通过能量守恒定律对单位体积瓦斯从钻孔瓦斯源位置流动到钻孔位置的能量变化进行分析,提出穿层钻孔瓦斯流量的平方值可以表示成煤层瓦斯压力的二次多项式形式。依据高鑫煤矿现场实测的10组钻孔瓦斯流量和煤层瓦斯压力的对应值,利用MATLAB软件进行数据拟合,得出抽采钻孔瓦斯流量预测区域突出危险性的临界值,并以此临界值对高鑫煤矿1502工作面进行突出危险性预测,预测结果可靠。

       

      Abstract: In order to improve the efficiency of coal and gas outburst prediction, shorten prediction time, based on the distribution of gas pressure, the mechanics model of gas flow was found. By the energy conservation law, the energy change of unit volume of gas flow from borehole gas source position to the hole position was analyzed. We proposed that the square value of layer-through borehole gas flow could be expressed as a quadratic polynomial form of coal seam gas pressure. According to the ten groups values of gas flow from boreholes and gas pressure which are measured in Gaoxin Mine, using MATLAB software, the value of gas flow as an indicator to predict coal and gas outburst was obtained, and that was used to predict for 1502 working face, results showed that this method was accurate and reliable.
