障碍物和阻塞比对瓦斯爆炸影响的数值模拟

    Effect of Number and Blockage Ratio of Obstacles on Gas Explosion

    • 摘要: 瓦斯爆炸是煤矿开采过程中时有发生的严重事故,研究表明障碍物对瓦斯爆炸传播有很大影响。采用数值模拟的手段分析研究了障碍物的个数和阻塞比对瓦斯爆炸的影响。首先建立瓦斯爆炸数值计算模型,并参照试验数据,验证采用模型的正确性。采用该模型对不同阻塞比和不同障碍物个数对瓦斯爆炸的影响进行对比分析,分析这些因素对瓦斯爆炸火焰、压力和温度产生的影响。研究结果认为障碍物的存在增大火焰传播速度,并且障碍物的个数和阻塞比的大小对火焰传播速度有很大影响。

       

      Abstract: Gas explosion is serious accident that happens in coal mine from time to time, and study shows that obstacles can effect gas explosion. Numerical simulation was used to analyze the effect of different blockage ratios and different numbers of obstacles on gas explosion propagation. According to experiment result and experiment data, correct simulation model was selected in the paper. Different blockage ratios and different numbers of obstacles were simulated and the results were compared and analyzed. Gas explosion flame, pressure and temperature were monitored and analyzed, and flame development process was analyzed when it went through obstacle. The result shows that flame propagation velocity is increased because of obstacle, and blockage ratios and numbers of obstacles can affect flame propagation velocity greatly.
