基于设备设施分类角度的煤矿瓦斯爆炸事故原因分析

    Causes Analysis of Gas Explosion Accident from Perspective of Equipment and Facilities Classification

    • 摘要: 针对我国煤矿瓦斯爆炸事故,提出从设备设施分类角度探求引起瓦斯爆炸的瓦斯积聚和点火源产生原因。根据2000-2009年10年间发生的201起重大及以上瓦斯爆炸事故,统计并划分出了6类与瓦斯积聚直接相关的设备设施、4类与点火源的产生直接相关的设备设施,且每类设备设施又细划为若干具体类型,据此建立了设备设施检索表。研究设备设施的划分和其作用类型,有助于设备设施的管理更具针对性。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the gas explosion accident, we propose a new method to analyze the causes of methane accumulation and sources of ignition source, that is, from the perspective of equipment and facilities' classification. According to 201 cases of major explosion accidents of ten years form 2000 to 2009, 6 kinds of equipment and facilities directly related to the accumulation of methane are divided, and similarly, 4 kinds to the sources of ignition. Furthermore, every kind of equipment and facility is divided into several concrete kinds in detail. Therefore, the look-up table is built. Classification of equipment and facilities and clarification of their influences contribute to relative management pertinently.
