TBM掘进速度对深埋隧道岩爆的影响

    Influence of TBM Driving Speed on Rock Burst in Deep-buried Tunnel

    • 摘要: 以某TBM施工隧道工程为背景,利用FLAC3D实现对TBM施工的模拟,同时根据TBM施工特点,采用最大不平衡力释放率来实现对TMB施工速度的模拟。根据不同施工速度对围岩岩爆能量指标的影响,得出在一定范围内增加TBM施工速度可以降低岩爆灾害发生的风险,超出这一范围再增大施工速度对岩爆的发生影响不大。

       

      Abstract: Based on a TBM tunnel construction project, FLAC3D is used to simulate TBM construction. According to TBM construction characteristics, the largest unbalanced force release rate is used to realize the simulation of TMB construction speed. According to the influence of different speed on the energy indicators in rock burst, it is found that the increased TBM construction speed can reduce the risk of rock burst within a certain range, and beyond this range to increase the construction speed had little effect on the occurrence of rock burst.
