深层松软煤层巷道帮部围岩变形机理与支护技术

    Ribs Surrounding Rock Deformation Mechanism and Support Technology in Deep Loose and Broken Coal Roadway

    • 摘要: 根据淮北矿业集团某煤矿-720 m东翼轨道运输巷两帮面临的支护难题,分析了该巷道周围松散破碎围岩破坏的原因和水源侵蚀岩体软化环境条件。提出1种“短锚杆+双层钢筋混凝土喷层+复合注浆+帮部补强锚索”的强帮支护方案。介绍了利用双层钢筋混凝土喷层支护牢固帮部浅层围岩带来的力学原理,并阐述帮部高预应力平锚索的嵌合作用。选取试验段巷道与普通支护方案之间进行效果检测,数据分析出强帮支护的支护效果。支护方案在工程实地中的应用改变了支护现状,最大程度上防止了片帮现象的产生,有效控制了两帮内移的状况。

       

      Abstract: According to the support problem of a coal mine in Huaibei Mining Group -720 m east wing rail haulage roadway, we analyze the causes of loose and broken surrounding rock roadway and water erosion of rock softening environmental conditions, and propose a "short bolt + double-deck reinforced shotcrete layer + composite grouting + coal wall reinforcing anchor" strong support scheme for coal wall, describe the mechanics principles of using double-deck reinforced shotcrete layer to firmly support coal wall of shallow surrounding rock and elaborate the intercalation of high prestress flat anchor. Choosing test section roadway and general supporting scheme to detect effect, we analyze good supporting results for strong coal wall by data. Support programs in the engineering field application change the status of support and prevent rib spalling phenomenon, and effectively control the displacement situation of two wall.
