采空区煤壁下巷道围岩应力分布影响因素分析

    Influence Factors Analysis on Stress Distribution of Roadway Surrounding Rock Under Coal Wall of Goaf

    • 摘要: 结合工程实例,采用数值模拟并考虑煤岩体的应变软化特性,对影响下层煤应力分布规律的因素及下层煤巷道合理位置进行了分析。研究表明:下层煤应力分布受上层煤采高及煤层群埋深影响较小,受上层煤顶板岩性与煤层间距影响较大。位于压力卸载区的巷道围岩中压应力小,剪切塑性范围小;位于应力升高区的巷道围岩中应力强烈集中,剪切破坏严重。下层煤巷道最好布置在采空区下方压力卸载区,且必须加强应力升高区内巷道支护。

       

      Abstract: Combined with practical engineering, four factors of stress distribution in the lower coal seam was analyzed and the stress distribution as well as surrounding rock destruction in different positions of roadway has been studied by FLAC3D with strain softening model. The results showed that stress distribution of the lower seam was less affected by upper mining height and the depth of coal seams group, while greatly affected by the characters of the roof in the upper seam and the distance between the two coal seams. The stress concentration of the roadway in the stress diffusion area was low and the range of plastic distribution decreased, while the stress of the roadway located in high stress area concentrated strongly. The best layout of roadway in the lower seam is in the stress diffusion area under goaf, and the support strength of the roadway under coal pillar must be enhanced.
