平顶山十矿下保护层开采上覆煤岩破裂变形规律

    Overlying Rock Failure and Deformation of Lower Protective Coal Seam Mining in No. 10 Mine of Pingdingshan

    • 摘要: 针对平顶山十矿己15-16煤层的赋存特征,运用相似材料模拟、数字散斑及数值模拟分析了近距离下保护层开采过程中,被保护层应力分布特征、卸压范围、变形规律等。结果表明:保护层开采后被保护层位于裂隙带的中下部,充分卸压;最大膨胀变形率可达1.91%,被保护层受保护范围为走向方向内错8~10 m,倾斜方向内错8~11 m。被保护层产生膨胀变形使其透气性增大,创造了煤与瓦斯共采的条件,确定了卸压瓦斯抽采方案。

       

      Abstract: According to the occurrence characteristics of F15-16 coal seam in No.10 mine of Pingdingshan, the stress distribution characteristics, released range and deformation law of protected layer in the process of near distance and lower protective layer mining were analyzed by adopting similar material simulation, digital speckle and numerical simulation. The results showed that the protected layer was located in the middle and lower part of fractured zone after the protective layer mining, and the pressure was fully released. The rate of maximum swelling deformation reached 1.91%, and the protected scope of protected layer was inward migration 8 m to 10 m towards the trend direction and inward migration 8 m to 11 m towards the inclined direction. The protected layer generated the expansion deformation which makes the permeability increase, created the condition of simultaneous extraction of coal and gas. The scheme of pressure relief and gas extraction was determined.
