高应力巷道迎头超前钻孔卸压模拟分析

Simulation Analysis and Application of Advance Pressure Release Borehole in High Stress Roadway Head

  • 摘要: 针对潞新矿区脆性特厚煤层巷道的矿压显现及变形特征,提出进行迎头超前卸压。模拟分析了钻孔直径、钻孔长度、复合卸压、大直径螺旋钻等不同方式及参数的卸压效果,得出钻孔直径越大、长度越长,卸压效果越好,复合卸压以及螺旋钻孔卸压效果更好。试验表明,复合卸压下顶板离层减小约20%,但仍应加大钻孔直径或采用大直径螺旋钻。
    Abstract: Advance borehole pressure release is proposed according to strata behaviors and deformation characteristics of roadways in brittle and extra thick coal seam of Luxin Mining Area. The effect of pressure release of different borehole diameters, different borehole lengths, composite pressure release and large diameter spiral borer is analyzed by numerical simulation. Larger diameter, longer borehole, composite pressure release with blasting and large diameter spiral borer will have better effect. Underground site experiment showed that borehole pressure release was effective, which made roof bedding separation reduce about 20%. If the diameter was larger or large diameter spiral borer was used, better pressure release effect would be obtained.
