轮轨侧卸式矿车在上山施工中的应用

    • 摘要: 斜巷施工在煤矿开拓及准备巷道中极为常见并不可缺少,其中大坡度上山施工中排矸方式相对单一,一般为内齿轮绞车倒拉提升牵引固定矿车进行排矸。在孙村煤矿-1 100 m水平后组二采区回风上山的施工中,孙村煤矿打破常规,采用了轮轨侧卸式矿车配合水平矸石仓进行迎头排矸,后路矸石仓采用扒装机配合5 t蓄电池电机车牵引串车转载矸石,大大加快了迎头排矸速度,降低了职工推车劳动强度,取得了较好的效果。

       

      Abstract: The construction of inclined roadways is commonly used and indispensable in coal mine's advance and preparation of roadways, among which, the way of refuse discharge in the construction of steep rise underground is relatively single, and the normal way is to use an internal gear winch to haul back the mine car to discharge the refuse. In Suncun Coal Mine, during the construction of return-air rise in No.2 working area of lower group seam at -1 100 m level underground, through broking away from conventions, by using side dump wheel mine car to discharge the refuse on the working face, cooperated by horizontal gangue bin. For the gangue bin out side of working face, a scraping machine is used to haul the train for staging loading the refuse, with a five-ton locomotive powered by accumulators. In such a way, the speed of refuse discharge on working face has been increased greatly, and the worker's labor intensity has been lowered down, achieving good effect.
