综掘工作面高压喷雾降尘技术优化及应用

    Optimization and Application on High Pressure Spraying Dust Removal at Fully Mechanized Working Face

    • 摘要: 针对新桥煤矿2501综掘工作面喷雾降尘效率低、粉尘污染严重现状,提出采用高压喷雾降尘技术。在工作面粉尘分布规律测试的基础上,通过理论计算和实测验证确定了高压雾化喷嘴的型号和工作压力,并根据工作面产尘规律设计了“门”式高压喷雾降尘装置。在该工作面应用高压喷雾降尘技术后,司机位置总粉尘降尘效率达91.6%,取得了较好的降尘效果。

       

      Abstract: According to the status of high dust concentration and management difficulties at fully mechanized working face, we propose technology of high pressure spraying. The models and the pressure of high-pressure atomizing nozzle is identified through the theoretical calculation and experimental verification based on the flour dust distribution law test at 2501 working face of Xinqiao Coal Mine. The dust removal efficiency of the driver position at the working face is 91.6%, and the dust removal efficiency is achieved.
