高地应力煤层卸压防突钻孔施工技术与应用

    Drilling Construction Technology and Application of Pressure Relief and Outburst Prevention for High Ground Stress Coal Seam

    • 摘要: 针对我国煤矿面临的冲击地压灾害,提出高地应力煤层大直径卸压防突钻孔技术。分析高地应力煤层钻孔的卸压防突机理。对比现有煤层钻孔施工技术,选择适合高地应力煤层的空气钻进工艺,确定供风方式,给出风量、风压等参数的计算方法,研制具有辅助排渣功能的高强度大通径宽翼片螺旋钻杆。在高地应力矿区进行了现场试验,对比了井下管路系统压风与移动式空压机压风的排渣效果。形成适合高地应力煤层卸压防突钻孔施工的中风压大通径宽翼片螺旋钻杆空气钻进工艺。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the coal mine rock burst disaster that our country faces,we proposed the large diameter pressure relief and outburst prevention drilling hole for the high ground stress coal seam.We analyzed the high pressure unloading and outburst mechanism of boreholes in the high ground stress coal seam.Compared with the existing coal seam drilling technology,we choose the air drilling technology which is applicable to the high ground stress coal seam,determine the air supply mode,provide the calculation method of air volume,air pressure and other parameters,develop high strength and large drift diameter wide wing drill rod with auxiliary deslagging function.In the high ground stress mine, experiment was conducted,we compared the deslagging effect of the pressure wind provided by underground piping system and mobile integrated discharging air compressor,and obtained air drilling technology with large drift diameter and wide wing screw drill rod that is suit for pressure relief and outburst prevention drilling hole in high stress coal seam.
