无机发泡充填材料密闭技术
Sealing Technology of Inorganic Foam Filling Material

摘要: 为了满足煤矿快速充填密闭的需要,研发了一种新型的无机发泡充填材料,以及相应的井下可移动式充填设备和充填工艺。该材料初凝时间为2~30 min,发泡倍数最高可达10倍,24 h抗压强度不低于1.7 MPa。井下现场充填试验证明,该材料充填密闭墙速度快、成本低、密闭性能良好、工人劳动强度低,有很高的实用性和经济效益。Abstract: In order to meet the needs of the coal rapid filling and sealing, a new type of inorganic foam filling material with the relevant equipment and techniques are developed. The initial set time of the material is from 2 to 30 min; when bubbling times are over ten times, its compressive strength attains over 1.7 MPa after 24 h reaction. On site industrial test shows the excellence of the inorganic foam filling material and technology, including fast filling, airtightness, low cost, high automation, and economical.
