综采工作面顶板大直径走向长钻孔瓦斯抽采技术

    Gas Extraction Technology for Long and Large Diameter Boreholes of Roof at Fully Mechanized Mining Face

    • 摘要: 针对马堡煤矿8204综采工作面邻近层瓦斯涌出量大,上隅角瓦斯频繁超限的问题,实测分析了8204综采面瓦斯涌出特征,针对性的提出顶板大直径走向长钻孔瓦斯抽采技术。采用FLAC3D数值模拟分析了工作面开采时上覆岩层裂隙演化规律,设计合理的抽采参数。现场应用结果表明:采用顶板大直径走向长钻孔抽采技术能对邻近层瓦斯进行有效拦截,解决上隅角瓦斯浓度超限问题,保障工作面安全高效生产。

       

      Abstract: For the problem of large gas emission amount from adjacent coal seam and frequent gas overrun at upper corner of 8204 fully mechanized working face of Mabu Coal Mine, the characteristics of mine gas inflow at 8204 working face was analyzed,thereby, the gas extraction technology for long & large diameter roof boreholes was proposed. What's more, the characteristics of strata movement and failure development above goof at working face were analyzed by FLAC3D numerical simulation, based on this, the drainage parameters were designed. The field application result shows that the gas extraction technology for long & large diameter boreholes can effectively intercept gas from adjacent coal seam and save the problem of gas overrun at upper corner due to gas emission, and guarantee the safety high production and efficiency of working face.
