极弱胶结地层开拓巷道围岩变形破坏特性及演化规律
Deformation and Failure Characteristics and Evolvement Law of Development Roadway with Very Weakly Cemented Strata

摘要: 查干淖尔一号煤矿极弱胶结地层工程地质条件复杂,巷道围岩变形破坏严重,基于岩石力学基本实验对围岩的矿物成分、微观结构和物理力学性质进行分析,结合巷道围岩变形破坏特征,揭示了极弱胶结地层围岩发生变形破坏的内在和外在原因。通过FLAC3D模拟巷道变形特征的影响规律,结果表明:选择接近曲面形状的巷道稳定性相对较好,及时动态掌握侧压力系数和巷道埋深对巷道稳定性的影响,可有效降低巷道围岩的变形。Abstract: The engineering geological conditions are complicated in the very weak cemented formation of Chagannaoer No.1 Mine. The surrounding rocks in the roadway came out serious deformation and failure. Based on the basic experimental rock mechanics, we analyze the surrounding rocks' mineral composition, micro-structure and physical and mechanical properties. Combined with the deformation and failure characteristics of the surrounding rocks in the roadway, we reveal the internal and external causes of the surrounding rocks deformation and failure in a very weak cemented formation. Through FLAC3D numerical simulation, we explore the law of influence on roadway failure characteristics. The numerical simulation indicates that the stability is relatively good through selecting the roadway close to the surface shape. To master the influence of the lateral pressure coefficient and roadway buried depth on the stability of roadway timely, this method can effectively reduce the deformation of surrounding rocks in roadway.
