高强让压锚杆力学特性及结构优化

    Mechanical Characteristics of High Strength Yielding Anchor Bolt and Its Structural Optimization

    • 摘要: 运用有限元软件Abaqus建立了单根高强让压锚杆的数值计算模型,对让压锚杆力学性能进行深入分析,系统研究了不同让压环结构参数对让压锚杆力学性能的影响。结果表明:让压锚杆增加了让压弹性阶段,能够承受更大的变形量,进而防止锚杆过早地进入屈服;让压锚杆的让压量取决于让压环的高度,而让压锚杆的让压载荷则取决于让压环的壁厚,让压环的中鼓和让压环口端尺寸对让压锚杆力学性能影响较小。

       

      Abstract: Numerical calculation model of single high strength bolt is established by applying finite element software Abaqus, we analyze the mechanical performance of yielding anchor bolt and systematically study the effect of different yielding anchor structure parameters on mechanical properties of yielding bolt. The results show that compared with the ordinary bolt, yielding anchor bolt increases the compressive elastic stage, can withstand greater deformation, and thus prevent bolt prematurely entering into yield; yielding anchor amount depends on the height of the pressure ring, yielding anchor loading depends on wall thickness of pressure ring; yielding anchor ring drums and pressure ring end size of crush anchor has less mechanics performance on yielding anchor bolt.
