煤粒瓦斯变压解吸规律的实验研究

    Experiment Research on Variable Pressure Desorption Law of Gas in Coal Particle

    • 摘要: 为研究煤粒在变压环境下的瓦斯解吸规律,设计了恒温变压动态瓦斯解吸实验系统,进行了不同粒径煤样在不同初始瓦斯压力下的瓦斯变压解吸实验。得到了不同实验条件下的累积瓦斯解吸量随时间的变化关系,建立了变压坏境下煤粒瓦斯解吸量随时间变化的数学模型。实验结果表明:煤粒瓦斯累积解吸量的倒数与时间函数(f(t)=1/tn,0<n≤1)呈线性关系;煤粒内初始瓦斯压力越高,最大累积瓦斯解吸量越大;煤粒最大瓦斯解吸量与其粒度无明显相关性。

       

      Abstract: In order to study the desorption law of gas in coal particle, the dynamic gas desorption experiment with the changing external pressure in constant temperature was designed. The experiment of gas desorption in coal sample in the environment of changing pressure was performed in this paper. It was obtained that the change curves of cumulative gas desorption amount of different size coal over time under various initial pressure, and the mathmatical model of cumulative gas desorption amount over time was developed. Results show that the reciprocal of coal particle gas accumulation desorption quantity and time function (f (t)=1/tn,0 <n≤1) presents a linear relationship; the greater of initial gas pressure is, the greater gas accumulative desorption quantities; the largest gas desorption quantity of lump coal and its size has no obvious changes in the relationship.
