Abstract:
The tectonic coal types of seven different type structure samples were determined on the basis of analyzing its macro and microscopic structure and tectonic and combining with present achievements on classification of tectonic coals. Under natural conditions, the sealed samples were sent to the laboratory and measured its residual gas quantity respectively after exposed 0.5,1,3,7,15,30 d,results showed that the gas dissipation process of residual gas was not only effected by exposure time, but the structure type of the coal played a very important role. At the same time, different structure types of coal leaded to different residual gas content when coal reached the steady state under natural conditions. The conclusion is that when we study gas dissipation in the coal seam, the estimation of residual gas content should be taken the no-desorption quantity under natural conditions as the standard.
