强冲击倾向性煤巷过近距离上覆采空区支护技术

    Support Technology of Coal Roadway with High Rock Burst Tendency Passing Through Extremely Close Overlying Goafs

    • 摘要: 为了研究强冲击倾向性煤巷过近距离上覆采空区的巷道支护技术,以山寨煤矿二采区回风巷和二采区运输巷为研究对象,采用现场实测方法对上覆工作面在终采线附近形成的应力区域进行研究,针对不同应力区域的范围、应力状态及冲击地压显现程度,制定相应的支护方案,其中,对上覆工作面终采线前方形成的增压区采用加强围岩卸压、减小排距、增加锚索并打设单体液压支柱加强支护的方案。结果表明,增压区巷道围岩变形量较大,顶底板最大移近量为730 mm,两帮最大移近量为150 mm,冲击地压显现特点为“高频次、低能量等级”;采空区下方变形量较小,无冲击地压显现。

       

      Abstract: To research support technology of coal roadway with high rock burst tendency passing through extremely close overlying goafs, taking the return airway and haulage roadway in No.2 mining area of Shanzai Coal Mine as objects, by using field measurement, we make investigation on stress areas formed near terminal mining line on overlying working face, and formulate corresponding support plans according to the ranges, stress states and exhibiting degree of rock burst in different areas. For pressurized zones formed in front of terminal mining line on overlying working face, using surrounding rock for pressure relief, reducing range distance, increasing the quantity of anchor lines, and installing single hydraulic props for reinforced support are rational measures. The result shows that the deformation of surrounding rock in pressurized zones is comparatively large. The maximum head-on displacement between the roof and floor is 730 mm. The maximum displacement of two sides of roadway is 150 mm. High frequency and low energy level are the exhibiting characteristics of rock burst. The deformation of the area underneath goafs is small, and has no rock burst behavior.
