Abstract: In order to realize the quick returning of comprehensive roadheader in the construction roadway or open-door construction, the EBZ-160TY type technology was used in the construction of comprehensive roadheader's whole returning, with an angle of 85 degree. During the construction, we adopt the direct cutting of comprehensive roadheader and drive the staged loading belt to return as a whole, adopt temporary monorail girder to hang the staged loader and discharge the gangue onto belt. When it is returned to the nearest right direction, a scraper conveyor is installed to connect the belt for transportation of gangue, meanwhile, a monorail trolley is hanged on staged loading lift to adjust it in the returned roadway, continuing to discharge the gangue onto the scraper conveyor. The returning construction is accomplished in one time, to avoid the uninstallation and movement of comprehensive roadheader.
