采空区大面积顶板垮落防冲密闭墙合理厚度数值模拟

    Simulation Modeling for Reasonable Thickness of Rock Burst Prevention Sealing Wall with Goaf Large Area Roof Caving

    • 摘要: 为了确定山西大同云岗煤矿8617综放工作面回风巷永久密闭墙合理厚度,建立了密闭墙力学模型并确定了边界条件,采用FLAC3D软件对粉煤灰充填材料最佳配比下不同工况进行了数值模拟研究,分析了密闭充填墙的应力场、破坏场和位移场相关特性。研究结果表明,云岗煤矿8617工作面回风顺槽密闭墙最佳厚度为5.4 m左右。

       

      Abstract: In order to determine the reasonable thickness of permanent sealing wall in Shanxi Datong Yungang Coal Mine 8617 fully mechanized caving return airway, we establish sealing wall mechanical model and determine the boundary conditions, and simulate the best ratio of fly ash filling material under different conditions by FLAC3D software, and analyze the stress field, failure and displacement field related features of sealing wall. The result shows that optimum thickness of return air crossheading sealing wall at 8617 face in Yungang Mine is about 5.4 m.
