Abstract:
Under the constraint condition of maximum restricted period in emergency resource scheduling, we propose the multi-objective decision-making model of emergency resource scheduling for coal mine accidents on the basis of the goals of the shortest time, the least rescue points and the most reliable ways. In the mean time, analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy optimization method are applied in determining weights of decision-making target and the optimal set of emergency resource scheduling scheme. In the end, the TOPSIC assessment method is used to solve the model, which provides a strong theoretical basis for the effective scheduling of coal mine safety accident emergency resources.
