大采高一次采全高工作面片帮机理及控制方案

    Mechanism and Control Scheme of Rib Falling for Large Mining Height Full-seam Mining

    • 摘要: 潞安集团王庄矿8101大采高一次采全厚工作面回采过程中片帮严重。针对这一问题分析了片帮机理,提出采用控制片帮的台阶形煤壁推进工作面采煤方法,并运用有限差分软件FLAC3D模拟了台阶形煤壁各项参数对工作面煤壁应力分布的影响。结果表明:采用1.2 m宽,台阶面上下煤壁高度比为5∶4的一级台阶形煤壁推进工作面,工作面煤壁的剪应力明显减小,受力状况大为改善。通过对所提方案施工实践中的观测统计,证实改用台阶形煤壁推进工作面后,工作面煤壁片帮情况明显改善。

       

      Abstract: In Wangzhuang Coal Mine of Lu'an Group Corporation, the mining method of 8101 mining working face is large mining height full-seam mining and the phenomenon of rib spalling in the process is serious. We analyze the mechanism of rib spalling and propose the terraced mining method to control it. The finite difference software FLAC3D is used to simulate the influence of various parameters of the terraced coal wall on the stress distribution at working face. The results show that if the working face is the 1.2 m width and the ratio of the upper and down side in the stage is 5 to 4, the shear stress of working face coal wall decreases greatly, the stress status is greatly improved. Through the observation and statistics in practice, we got that the problem of rib spalling is obviously not as serious as before after using terraced coal advancing.
