Effect of Advance Speed on Stability of Mining Gateways at Fully Mechanized Face

  • 摘要: 针对母杜柴登煤矿1202综采工作面运用力学分析、数值模拟对不同回采速度下工作面前方垂直应力、回采巷道垂直应力的分布规律及回采巷道围岩变形特征进行研究。研究表明:回采速度较快时,工作面前方煤体内支承应力相对较大、影响范围相对小,并提出了优化支护的理念。现场矿压观测表明,推进为速度1.6 m/d时顺槽顶底板、两帮变形量约为8 m/d时的2倍。研究认为适当加大工作面回采速度,可以提高回采巷道稳定性、降低围岩变形量。
    Abstract: Based on the geological model of 1202 fully mechanized face in Muduchaideng Coal Mine, the method of mechanical analysis and numerical simulation is used to study the distribution laws of vertical stress in front of face and the deformation features of surrounding rock in mining gateways with different mining speed in this paper. The research shows that the abutment pressure in coal in front of face is higher relatively, but its influence scope is smaller with a faster advance speed, besides, the idea of support optimization is proposed. The field observation of mining pressure shows that the deformation amount of crossheading roof, floor and sides in mining gateway at the speed of 1.6 m/d is as twice as that at the speed of 8 m/d, so accelerating advance speed properly can not only improve the productivity of face, but also can decrease the deformation amount.
