Abstract:
Based on the geological model of 1202 fully mechanized face in Muduchaideng Coal Mine, the method of mechanical analysis and numerical simulation is used to study the distribution laws of vertical stress in front of face and the deformation features of surrounding rock in mining gateways with different mining speed in this paper. The research shows that the abutment pressure in coal in front of face is higher relatively, but its influence scope is smaller with a faster advance speed, besides, the idea of support optimization is proposed. The field observation of mining pressure shows that the deformation amount of crossheading roof, floor and sides in mining gateway at the speed of 1.6 m/d is as twice as that at the speed of 8 m/d, so accelerating advance speed properly can not only improve the productivity of face, but also can decrease the deformation amount.
