松散软岩巷道注浆锚杆间距优化数值模拟

    Simulation on Spacing Optimization of Bolting-grouting for Soft Rock Roadway

    • 摘要: 由于断层内岩体具有松散软弱的特点,以某矿断层内巷道为工程背景,在原支护方案的基础上,采用数值模拟与现场试验相结合的方法对巷道注浆锚杆间距进行优化。利用数值模拟软件FLAC2D通过建立数值计算模型,对比分析了不同支护方案条件下巷道围岩变形及破坏特征,给出了在顶板布置3根注浆锚杆,间距为1 300 mm,两帮各布置1根注浆锚杆的支护方案,通过现场工业性试验证明了该支护方案可以有效的控制顶板及两帮的变形和塑性区的发育,并为该矿节约了支护成本。

       

      Abstract: Taking a mine roadway in fault zone as background, based on the original support scheme,combining numerical simulation and field tests to optimize the space of bolting-grouting. The simulation software FLAC2D is used to establish a numerical model, by contrast and analysis of the deformation and failure characteristics of surrounding rock under the condition of different support schemes,the supporting scheme,arranging three grouting bolt in roof, spacing of 1 300 mm and arranging one grouting bolt in each side,can control deformation and plastic zone development of roadway effectively,and the feasibility of the scheme is verified by field test.
