爆炸应力波作用下岩石破坏数值分析

    Numerical Analysis of Rock Damage Under the Action of Explosive Stress Wave

    • 摘要: 为了研究爆炸应力波对岩石的破坏机理,以柱状装药条件下,现场爆破测试、动光弹和动云纹实验为基础,通过理论分析,提出了爆破漏斗半径的计算公式,并通过应用ANSYS/LS_DYNA数值模拟软件模拟柱状装药条件下爆破过程,对提出的理论进行验证,模拟得出,在相同的装药形式,不同的岩石动态抗拉强度条件下,岩石爆破漏斗半径数值模拟值与提出的理论计算值误差在10%以内;同一种岩石,在不同的装药长度条件下,岩石爆破漏斗半径数值模拟值与提出的理论计算值误差也在10%以内。

       

      Abstract: In order to research the rock failure mechanism under explosive stress wave, base on the experiment of site blasting, dynamic photoelastic and dynamic moiré under column charge, through theoretical analysis, we propose the formula of blasting crater radius. At the same time, we simulate the blasting process and verify the theory by ANSYS/LS_DYNA. Through the simulation, we obtain that under same charge form and different dynamic tensile strength, the numerical value and theoretical value of blasting crater radius error is less than 10%; under same kind of rock and different charge length condition, the theoretical value of blasting crater radius error is less than 10%.
