煤矿主要通风机性能测定误差分析

    Error Analysis of Coal Mine Main Fan Performance Measuring

    • 摘要: 在主要通风机性能测定过程中,由于利用风机本身自带的测压接口以及风机叶轮、碟形阀导致风流不稳定等因素的影响,导致主要通风机性能测定过程中存在较大误差,无法对矿井主要通风机今后正常运转及安全管理提供可靠的理论指导。对以上问题,选取河南永龙煤业某矿为试验基地,分析造成风机局部阻力的影响因素,推导建立了通风机局部阻力计算公式,通过修正计算后,使测定误差从6.3%降为3.2%,从而对主要通风机今后安全运行与科学管理提供可靠技术指导。

       

      Abstract: Due to the use of fan ontology's own pressure measurement interface and the influence of unsteady air flow caused by the fan impeller and dishing valve in the main fan performance test process, resulting in a large error in this process, it cannot provide reliable theoretical guidance for the future normal operation and safety management of mine main fan. Therefore, aiming at the above problems, we select Henan Yonglong Coal Mine as a test base to analyze the factors that cause the local resistance of the main fan, and the error analysis and calculation is carried to make it decreased from 6.3% to 3.2%, which provides a reliable technical guidance for the future safety operation and scientific management of mine main fan.
