Abstract:
Due to the use of fan ontology's own pressure measurement interface and the influence of unsteady air flow caused by the fan impeller and dishing valve in the main fan performance test process, resulting in a large error in this process, it cannot provide reliable theoretical guidance for the future normal operation and safety management of mine main fan. Therefore, aiming at the above problems, we select Henan Yonglong Coal Mine as a test base to analyze the factors that cause the local resistance of the main fan, and the error analysis and calculation is carried to make it decreased from 6.3% to 3.2%, which provides a reliable technical guidance for the future safety operation and scientific management of mine main fan.
