Abstract:
In view of the characteristics of wind flow field and particles flow field at fully-mechanized working face, particles discrete phase model (DPM) and software FLUENT are adopted to make numerical modeling for 3119 fully-mechanized working face of Gaozhuang Coal Mine under different wind speed conditions. The concept named “the dust continuum of high concentration” is proposed for the first time, its diffusion regularity and diffusion range was studied to ascertain the most optimal wind speed of wind-dust migration at fully-mechanized working face. The obtained dust change law and optimal wind speed are used indispensably to guide the field production and dustproof work.
