    Distribution of Rock Fragment Size in Engineering Blasting

    • 摘要: 为研究块度大小的分布规律,做了5组爆破试验,获取了一些试验数据,通过对这些数据的统计和回归分析,找出了爆破块度分布函数,经过对分布函数的研究,发现分布函数的2个参数x2n的大小与爆破后岩石块度分布有一定的内在联系,并且岩石和炸药阻抗匹配程度对爆破块度分布影响很大,通过对影响块度分布因素的分析,探讨了块度评价指标的选择依据,提出了选取有关爆破参数和炸药的方法。

       

      Abstract: In order to research the distribution law of the rock fragment size, five groups of blasting test were done, thus a number of data were obtained. According to the statistics and regression of these data, the blasting fragmentation distribution function was found. There is a certain relationship between parameters x2, n of the function and the rock fragment size after blasting, and the impedance matching degree of rock and explosive has great influence on the blasting fragmentation distribution. By the investigation of the factors affecting the rock fragment size distribution, the basis for the selection of size degree evaluation index was discussed, and the method in selecting the blasting parameters and explosive was proposed.
