采空区侧巷道变形的定向水力致裂控制及应用

    Directional Hydraulic Fracturing Control for Deformation of Goaf Roadway Side and Its Application

    • 摘要: 针对某矿7521工作面材料道受采空侧悬顶挤压的问题,通过理论分析、数值模拟、现场变形量监测,分析了不同长度悬顶对巷道变形的影响、定向水力致裂技术对切断悬顶的作用,对比了致裂区域与非致裂区域变形量。结果表明:悬顶的长度越长,巷道变形量越大;定向水力致裂通过改变周期来压步距,达到切断悬顶的目的;巷道变形量降低了40%左右。

       

      Abstract: For the problems that 7521 material roadway in a mine extruded by goaf hanging arch, through theoretical analysis, numerical simulation,deformation monitoring, we analyze the influence of different length hanging arch on roadway deformation, the role of directional hydraulic fracturing technology in cutting hanging arch and compared deformation of crack area and non-crack area. The results show that the longer the length of the hanging arch, the greater deformation on roadway; the directional hydraulic fracturing achieves the goal of cutting roof hanging by changing periodic weighting distance; the deformation of roadway has reduced by 40% or so.
