高应力软岩巷道蠕变控制机理及支护技术

    Creep Control Mechanism and Supporting Technology for High Stressed Soft Sock Roadway

    • 摘要: 为了解决长期处于高地应力环境下的软岩巷道持续蠕变的难题,通过对软岩巷道围岩质点的应力状态进行分析,得到了一种降低围岩蠕变动力的新原理,即:“强表抑蠕”原理。同时根据该原理提出了一种增强围岩表面强度的双层网壳锚喷高强支护关键技术,并且通过现场工业性试验论证了该支护方法比普通锚喷支护更能有效的抑制软岩巷道的蠕变。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the continued creep problem of the soft rock roadway in high stress environment, we analyze the surrounding rock mass stress of the soft rock roadway and obtain a new principle that "increasing surface strength to control the creep" which can reduce the creep dynamic of the surrounding rock. At the same time, according to this principle, we present a key technology of double-layer latticed shell high-strength shotcrete support which can improve the surface strength of the surrounding rock. In addition, we demonstrate that the supporting method in controlling the creep of the soft rock roadway is much more effective than the general bolt-shotcrete support through the field industrial test.
