Abstract:
In order to solve the continued creep problem of the soft rock roadway in high stress environment, we analyze the surrounding rock mass stress of the soft rock roadway and obtain a new principle that "increasing surface strength to control the creep" which can reduce the creep dynamic of the surrounding rock. At the same time, according to this principle, we present a key technology of double-layer latticed shell high-strength shotcrete support which can improve the surface strength of the surrounding rock. In addition, we demonstrate that the supporting method in controlling the creep of the soft rock roadway is much more effective than the general bolt-shotcrete support through the field industrial test.
