近距离煤层群下煤层回采巷道强顶稳帮支护技术
Strong Roof and Stable Sides Technology for Mining Roadway Under Close-distance Coal Seams

摘要: 为解决近距离煤层群开采动压影响回采巷道围岩控制的问题,针对某煤矿处在近距离煤层群上煤层采动影响下的40107工作面回风巷的地质条件和巷道变形破坏特征,分析了巷道失稳破坏的主要原因及其加固机理,提出了以顶板高支护强度、帮部高稳定性为核心的加固技术。结果表明:40107工作面回风巷顶底板累计移近量控制在202 mm左右,两帮累计移近量控制在46 mm左右,保证了巷道的正常使用。Abstract: In order to solve the surrounding rock control problem of mining gateway influenced by close-distance coal seams mining, according to the geological conditions and the deformation failure characteristics of 40107 working face air-return gateway influenced by close-distance coal seams mining in a certain coal mine, the instability failure reasons and its reinforcement mechanism of roadway are analyzed, and the pertinent reinforcement technology scheme is proposed. The results of engineering practice show that cumulative convergence between the roof and floor at 40107 working face air-return gateway is controlled around 202 mm and the cumulative convergence between the two-side walls is controlled around 46 mm; the normal use of roadway is guaranteed.
