袋装煤矸石护巷技术在区段上行式开采沿空留巷中的应用

    Application of Bagged Coal Gangue Protecting Roadway Technology in Staged Upward Mining with Gob-side Entry Retaining

    • 摘要: 煤矸石作为一种放错地方的资源,为了更好的利用煤矸石,对煤矸石的相关物理性质进行了试验和采用区段上行开采进行了分析,提出了在区段上行开采过程中采用袋装煤矸石堆码护巷的技术方案,研究了袋装煤矸石的3种不同(竖直式、交错式和混合式)堆码方式对护巷效果的影响。研究结果表明,在区段上行开采过程中,利用袋装煤矸石袋堆码护巷能承受住“两次采动”的影响,同时,避开了采空区渗水对袋装煤矸石的影响。

       

      Abstract: The coal gangue is resources put in wrong places, for better application of coal gangue, we tested physical properties of coal gangue and analyzed the staged upward mining; the technical plan using bagged coal gangue stacking tier in gob-side entry retaining at the staged upward mining is proposed, the effect of three different stacking tier methods(vertical, alternate, mixing) used bagged coal gangue are studied, the results show that it can endure the effect of two times mining dynamic by the bagged coal gangue stacking tier, and it can avoid the effect of water seepage in the goaf.
