大倾角滑移支架放顶煤工作面开采实践

    Mining Practice for Large Dip Angle Sliding Support Caving Coal Face

    • 摘要: 为了提高大倾角滑移支架放顶煤工作面设备的稳定性,防止窜矸伤人,通过对设备稳定性原因的分析,提出了用采煤工作面调斜、降低支架重心、锚固运输机、安设刮板输送机挡矸装置等方法、措施解决工作面设备稳定性差、未固定的物体滑滚伤人的问题,应用实践表明通过一系列有效措施的实施,确保了大坡度滑移支架工作面安全生产。

       

      Abstract: In order to improve the stability of sliding supports at caving coal working face and prevent gangue falling to hurt people, through the reasons analysis of the equipment stability, we propose the methods and measures that using adjusting angle at mining face, reducing support center of gravity, anchoring transport aircraft, installing scraper conveyor to block gangue to solve the problems of poor stability of equipment, no fixed object wounding people. Practical applications show that a series of effective measures ensure production safety of sliding support working face with large dip angle.
