新型注浆堵水材料在向斜构造防治水中的应用

    Application of New Water Grouting Material for Water Control in Syncline Structure

    • 摘要: 针对伊田煤业顶板向斜构造涌水情况,通过瞬变电磁和现场观测的方法分析了巷道突水原因,并研发了一种新型速凝早强堵水材料,同时制定防治水方案,对顶板向斜构造涌水进行治理。结果表明:工作面顶板存在富水向斜构造是造成突水的主要原因,所研发的堵水材料具有速凝早强特性,凝结时间2~5 min可调,2 h抗压强度达到15 MPa,混合2 min后遇水不分散,根据矿井突水现状和材料性能制定防治水方案。

       

      Abstract: In view of the roof water inrush in syncline structure of Yitian Mine,we analyze the water inrush reason of roadway through the method of transients electromagnetic and field observation,develop a new type early strength water plugging material and formulate the solution to control the water,which was carried out on the roof syncline structure water control. Results show that there is a water enrichment syncline structure in the mining area is the main cause of water bursting,the developed water plugging material has the characteristics of quick-setting early strength,the adjustable setting time is 2 to 5 min,the compressive strength of 2 h is 15 MPa, after mix of 2 min is not scattered when it mixes with water,according to the present water inrush of mine and the prevention and control of water situation and material performance.
