近距离高瓦斯煤层群综采工作面通风方式的选取

    Selection of Ventilation Way of Fully Mechanized Working Face in Close and High Gas Coal Seam Group

    • 摘要: 为了得到近距离高瓦斯煤层群综采工作面合理的通风方式,理论研究了近距离高瓦斯煤层群综采工作面的瓦斯运移规律,对比分析了常用工作面通风方式的优缺点以及对瓦斯抽采的影响,得出了近距离高瓦斯煤层群综采工作面宜选用Y型通风的结论。沙曲矿24202工作面从U+L型通风改为Y型通风后,工作面瓦斯抽采量从40 m3/min提高到45 m3/min,瓦斯抽采率从62.5%提高到73%,日产量从600 t增加到1 800 t,工作面回风瓦斯浓度从0.8%降低到0.5%,工作面瓦斯零超限,从实践的角度证明了Y型通风的合理性。

       

      Abstract: In order to select the suitable ventilation way for working faces in close and high gas coal seam group, the gas migration law in close and high gas coal seam group was studied in theory, the comparative analysis was carried out about the advantages and disadvantages of the common ventilation way analysis as well as its influence for gas extraction, the result showed that the Y type ventilation way was suitable for working faces in close and high gas coal seam group. After the ventilation way of the working face 24202 in Shaqu Coal Mine was changed from U + L type to Y type, the quantity of gas drainage had risen from 40 m3/min to 45 m3/min, the gas extraction rate had risen from 62.5% to 73%, and the daily yield of the working face had risen from 600 t to 1 800 t, the return air gas concentration of the working face had decreased from 0.8% to 0.5%, the phenomenon of gas overrun never happened. In a word, the rationality of the Y type ventilation was proved from the aspects of practice.
