无极绳绞车三维可视化系统设计

    Three-dimensional Visualization Design of Endless Rope Winch

    • 摘要: 以平煤股份三矿十号井巷的设备运输环境条件及对无极绳绞车的要求,提出采用3Dmax三维建模技术对无极绳绞车装置及相应安全保护设计进行建模,结合电脑软硬件设备,对巷道、设备、工作过程进行场景创建,通过事故案例分析,可使工人熟悉井下设备、了解发生事故原因、掌握正确操作,最终实现技术改进以及操作规范化。

       

      Abstract: Based on the equipment transport conditions and requirements on the endless rope in the tenth roadway of Pingdingshan Tian'an Coal Company No.3 Mine, 3DMAX is applied for modeling endless rope winch device and corresponding safety protection design. Combined with computer software and hardware equipment, such as roadway, safety equipment and working process is displayed in virtual. It can make the workers familiar with underground equipment, understand the cause of the accident, the right operation, and realize the technical improvement and standardization of operation finally.
