一种过流保护电路在高压本安电源中的应用
Application of Overcurrent Protection Circuit in High-voltage Intrinsic Safety Power Source

摘要: 高压本安电源在煤矿电缆故障诊断中起着至关重要的作用,传统的本安电源限流电路在使用中存在着缺陷;介绍了一种用于高压本安电源的新型过流保护电路,详细分析该电路的工作原理,并与传统方法进行了详细比较,通过试验验证本电路的保护功能优于传统方式,且该电路简单可靠,调试方便,为高压本安电源的设计提供了条件。Abstract: High voltage intrinsic safety power source plays a vital role in coal mine cable fault diagnosis, but there are defects in using the traditional intrinsic safety power limiting circuit. We introduce a new type of overcurrent protection circuit for high-voltage intrinsic safety power source, analyze the working principle of the circuit, and compare with the traditional methods. The circuit has a better protection than traditional methods validated in actual application, and the circuit is simple, reliable, easy to debug, which provides condition for the design of the high voltage intrinsic safety power source.
