基于FM350和编码器的风门控制系统设计

    Design of Air Door Control System Based on FM350 and Encoder

    • 摘要: 针对某煤矿的2套风门在手动操作时不能完全开关到位,容易造成事故隐患的现状,提出了3种解决方案,并利用FM350高速计数模块和E6B2-CWZ6C增量式旋转编码器实现了风门的自动控制。经工作现场应用表明,该系统运行稳定,风门能可靠地打开和关闭到位。该自动控制系统具有操作方便、安全可靠的特点,消除了煤矿生产过程中的安全隐患,极大地提高了煤矿企业的生产效率。

       

      Abstract: According to the situation that the two sets of air door of a coal mine can not switch in position in manual operation, and it is likely to cause accidents, we propose three solutions and use high speed counter module FM350 and E6B2-CWZ6C incremental rotary encoder to achieve the air door's automatic control. The field application shows that the system is stable and the air door can switch in position. This automatic control system has the characteristics of convenient operation, safety and reliability. It eliminates the safety risk in the process of coal production, and greatly improves the production efficiency of coal mine enterprises.
