矿用主要通风机监测系统

    Mine-used Main Ventilator Monitoring System

    • 摘要: 根据矿山主要通风机的型号、性能特点,在分析了矿山通风方式及通风机布置的基础上,研发出主要通风机监测及故障预警系统。主通风机监测系统主要通过采集通风机工作的电压、电流、温度、震动情况、功率大小等参数的信号,同时还对通风机出风口的风量、风压及其湿度进行实时监测,通过信号传输系统,将上述信号传输至计算机系统,经过信号的分析、处理,最终确定通风机的运行状态和电机自身的运行特征,预警通风机和电机存在的各类故障。

       

      Abstract: According to typical ventilators models, performance features in coal mines, the main ventilators monitoring and fault early-warning system had been developed based on analyzing coal mine ventilation methods and ventilators arrangement. This system mainly collected various parameters of ventilators, such as voltage, current, motor temperature, vibration situation, power factor, and it carried out real-time monitoring for air volume, air pressure and humidity of ventilators outlet. Through the signal transmission system, the above-mentioned parameters were sent to the computer system. Finally, by signal analysis and processing, it could determine the running state and motor characteristics of ventilators, and provided early-warning for all kinds of faults for ventilators and motors.
