倾斜煤层采空区上方巷道稳定性控制技术

    Stability Control of Roof Roadway in Ascending Mining of Inclined Strata

    • 摘要: 针对倾斜煤层采空区上方巷道稳定性控制难题,采用数值模拟、理论分析、现场实测等方法开展研究,结果表明:下伏煤层采出后,采空区上方形成一个似半圆形的“低压核”。随着煤层倾角的增加,低压核与煤层垂距缩短;采空区上方巷道控制应从巷道空间布置方式、施工时机、支护技术等方面综合考虑;高预应力锚杆(索)和U型钢组合支护技术能够维护采空区上方巷道稳定,煤矿工业性试验验证了上述结论。

       

      Abstract: In view of the stability control problem in coal seam above goaf roadway, we study the roadway controlling technology in overlying strata with the method of numerical simulation, theoretical analysis. With the analysis, we propose that a low pressure semi-circle form above goaf. By the increasement of coal seam pitch, the vertical distance between semi-circle and underling coal seam shortens; the controlling technology of roadway above goaf should be composed of roadway layout, excavation time, and support technology; a combination controlling technology of high prestress anchor (cable) and U-shaped steel can ensure the stability of the area above the goaf of roadway. Industrial test in Xinzhuangzi Coal Mine validated above results.
